Booking Terms
To confirm a booking a deposit is required of 50% of one day at the daily rate. The deposit, is refundable for cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival date after which time it is not refundable. All cancellation fees will be held in credit for 6 months for use on mutually agreed alternative dates subject to availability. All transactions will incur a $15.00 administration fee and any transaction fees charged. Bookings within 24 hours must be phoned through to 08 8556 2358.

No smoking indoors. Pets not permitted. All prices displayed are for 2 persons, except where otherwise specified. Additional person rates are displayed and will be payable on arrival. Please phone the Owner on 08 8556 2358 on the morning of arrival to arrange entry details
